1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 59jl platform — including the website at 59jl.vu and the mobile application — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without an account.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of 59jl.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on 59jl, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling or excluded under any applicable court order or legal requirement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 59jl, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

59jl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending review, and any winnings generated during the period of ineligibility may be voided.

3 Account Registration

Only one account per person is permitted. Players may not create multiple accounts, share accounts with another person, or use another person's account details. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration and as part of ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID when requested for verification purposes.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.

59jl reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided cannot be verified, is found to be inaccurate, or is associated with fraudulent activity.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on 59jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include Philippine bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, as well as e-wallet transfers through GCash and Maya. Specific minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. 59jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to have come from a third-party source will be reversed and the account will be subject to review.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or betting on 59jl.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 59jl account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Before the first withdrawal is processed, identity verification (KYC) must be completed and approved.

Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method. 59jl processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible, but processing times may be affected by bank clearing schedules, public holidays, or additional verification requirements. 59jl reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or incomplete verification on the account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 59jl makes promotional offers available to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. These terms may include wagering or turnover requirements that must be met before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.

General rules that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder to whom they are offered.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a violation of these Terms and will result in the bonus being voided and the accounts being suspended.
• 59jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited will be subject to the terms applicable at the time they were issued.
• Where a player's wagering pattern appears inconsistent with normal recreational play — for example, placing contradictory bets across multiple accounts — 59jl reserves the right to cancel any associated bonuses or winnings.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 59jl are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. For sports betting, bets are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant sporting body. For casino games, the rules of each individual game apply as displayed within the game interface.

59jl reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or under circumstances constituting a manifest error.
• Limit the maximum stake accepted on any market at its discretion.
• Void and return stakes on markets where the event is abandoned, rescheduled, or voided by the relevant governing body before completion.

Players are responsible for verifying the details of any bet before confirming it. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. 59jl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

You agree to notify 59jl immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. 59jl cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred because you shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

To protect your account, 59jl employs SSL encryption for data transmission and OTP verification for certain sensitive actions including login from new devices and withdrawal requests. You are encouraged to use a unique, strong password and to keep your registered mobile number up to date.

9 Responsible Gaming

59jl is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform includes deposit limits, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion tool, all accessible from your account dashboard. Players are encouraged to use these tools to manage their gaming activity within a personal budget.

If you choose to apply a self-exclusion, that exclusion will be applied promptly and 59jl will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing gaming services during the exclusion period. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be lifted before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.

10 Termination of Account

You may close your 59jl account at any time by submitting a request through the account settings or by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method after verification.

59jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms.
• Provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour.
• Attempted to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Failed to meet age or eligibility requirements.

In the event of account closure for a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be voided. Deposits made in good faith will be returned subject to the completion of any applicable verification procedures.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 59jl's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

59jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of the platform — whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory — even if 59jl has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

59jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. 59jl is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

12 Changes to These Terms

59jl may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided via the platform — for example, through a notification in your account or a banner on the website. The updated Terms will show a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 59jl platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
